Google Calendar
June reads your Google Calendar: what is on today, next week or in any calendar you share, in your own time zone, and when the people you name are free. It adds an event when you approve it.
Connect Google Calendar and June can tell you what is on: today's meetings, next week's travel, the shared team calendar, or one event with its attendees and Meet link. It can also tell you when you and the people you name are all free, so you can propose a time.

What June can do
- List the calendars your Google account sees, with the role you hold in each.
- Read the events of a day, a week or any range across the calendars you have ticked in Google Calendar, or a calendar you name. Times come back in your main calendar's time zone, all-day events as all-day.
- Find events by words in their title, description, location or attendees, from a year back to a year ahead.
- Read one event in full: description, attendees and their replies, the Google Meet link.
- Tell you when up to 20 people are busy in a window, and so when they are all free. Google shares this for people in your Workspace who let you see it; for anyone else June says it could not see their calendar.
- Read every date of a repeating event, your calendar settings and colors, and one calendar's details straight from Google, read-only.
- Add an event, with a Google Meet link if you ask. In a chat on the web or in the app, June shows you a card first with the title, the time, the calendar and everyone it would invite, and adds the event only when you approve it; Google then emails the invitations. An event that invites nobody, on your main calendar (a focus block, a reminder to yourself), is added without a card. In Slack June posts the same card with Approve and Deny. Elsewhere (a schedule) June says what it would add instead (how approval works).
What June does not do
- It does not change, cancel or reply to events today. Each of those will ask you to approve it first, and June cannot ask yet.
- It never invites someone you did not name.
- It connects one Google account per connection. For a second account, connect again under its own name and ask June for it by that name or by its email address.
Google Calendar starts as personal only, like a mailbox: June uses it in your own chats, not in your organizations, until you turn Personal only off in its row's menu on the Integrations page.
If your Google Workspace administrator has restricted third-party apps, Google says so on its own page during sign-in and does not return you to June; ask the administrator to allow June.
Removing June from your Google account's third-party access also ends Google Contacts, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Search Console; to stop only Google Calendar, disconnect it on the Integrations page.
Google Drive
June finds and reads your Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs and their comments, saves what it writes to your Drive, and changes the files it created when you approve. It never edits files it did not create.
Google Contacts
June looks people up in your Google contacts and, in a Google Workspace account, your company directory: email, phone, company and title. Read-only.
