Support
Report a bug or request a feature from the Support page, and follow the June team's replies in the same place.
When something is broken, or June is missing something you need, tell the June team on the Support page. Your reports and the team's replies stay there, so you can follow up.
Report a bug
Choose Report a bug when June does something unexpected or fails to do something it should. The form asks for a title, a description, the steps to reproduce it, what you expected and what actually happened. Good reports name:
- where it happened: web, the mobile app or Slack, and which chat,
- the steps, specific enough for someone else to follow,
- when it happened, roughly,
- which integration was involved, if any.
I asked June in a project chat to save the weekly report to Google Drive. The step failed with "no Drive connection", but the Integrations page shows Google Drive as Connected.
Request a feature
Choose Request a feature when June works as designed but you need something it does not do. Describe the job you are trying to get done and what you do today instead; that helps more than a finished design.
Screenshots
Add up to 5 images of up to 10 MB each to a report, or paste them straight into any field. Check them before you send and remove passwords, customer data or anything else the team does not need.
Follow your reports
My reports lists everything you sent, with its status and a count of new replies. When the team answers, a dot appears on your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, and Support in its menu shows how many replies are new. Open a report to read the thread and reply. Add new details there rather than sending a second report.
On your phone
The mobile app opens the same Support page: on iPhone, press and hold the June icon on the home screen and choose Bugs or any issues?.
