Microsoft 365

June reads your Outlook mail and calendar, Teams chats and OneDrive and SharePoint files, and drafts mail. Today it cannot create events, send Teams messages or send mail.

Connect a Microsoft 365 work or school account and June can read your Outlook mail and calendar, your Teams chats and your OneDrive and SharePoint files, and write mail drafts for you to send.

On the Integrations page, choose Connect on the Microsoft 365 row.
Sign in with your work or school account and accept the permissions. If your company requires an administrator to approve them, Microsoft says so at this step.
Ask June about your mail, your calendar, a chat or a file.
What is on my calendar on Thursday, and which meetings have no agenda?
Find the latest mail from the auditor and draft a reply that confirms the date.
Which of my Teams chats this week mention the Q3 budget?

What June can do

PartReadsWrites
Outlook mailsearches and reads messages and threadssaves drafts in your Drafts folder
Calendarlists and searches events, reads attendees and meeting linksnothing today
Teamslists and searches your chats and reads their messagesnothing today
OneDrive and SharePointsearches files and lists your recent ones; reads text files, CSV and spreadsheetsnothing

One connection is one Microsoft 365 account. To add another, open Microsoft 365 from the Integrations page and connect again under a short name of your own, such as work. A connection starts as Personal only, so it stays out of your organizations until you turn that off (personal or organization).

What June does not do

  • It never sends mail. Drafts wait in Outlook until you send them.
  • It never changes or deletes existing mail, events, messages or files.
  • It does not read or post in Teams channels, only in chats.
  • It creates a calendar event or sends a Teams message only when you approve it on a card in a chat on the web, in the app or in Slack; elsewhere it says what it would have done (how). An event that invites nobody, on your main calendar, needs no card.
  • It cannot read Word, PowerPoint or PDF files as text yet; it gives you the file's link instead.
  • Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com) are not supported yet.
